'Dave', aledgedly from BT, rang to say my internet speed was very slow. To fix it, he needed remote access to my computer or smart phone. I told him I was recording the call and he hung up. Clearly a scam call. Working from a script and not able to cope with my many questions!
Calling to offer better deal to try and stop me using PAC code. Significantly better offers than available online. Smooth process, no hard sell, scheduled a call back to allow me to research alternatives. Called back as agreed and set up the offers mentioned quickly and easily.

Called me a few minutes ago today to offer me a deal regarding my debt management plan. I told them (truthfully) that I am ill and asked them to call back another time (which was generous as my debt management plan is working very well, and I didn t need to talk to them at all).
