SCAM / SPAM. Recorded message stating it was from HMRC and unless i press 1, an immediate arrest warrant will be issued due to non payment of TAX. I have checked and HMRC will never call in this manner.

Probably a scam of some kind. Transcript left on voicemail, like a rapid-fire robot with no gaps between sentences so sounds like automation gone wrong: "Can you hear me? Can you hear me? What number did I call? Sorry I seem to have got the wrong number bye. <tone> <tone> <tone> <tone> <hangup>".
I missed a call from this number if important try again as have no credit, thanks
