sounds like a company doing pension reviews, polite enough and helpful, I asked them about what the new law meant in April 2015 becuase my wife had a frozen pension so even though i didnt qualify for their services they were quite informative and took the time to explain it to me. SCAM purports to be from Sky Media but the call is about my "Internet Connection which appears fine but isn't as multiple people are trying to access it right now" what utter BS! He was told as much as well, maybe if these conmen weren't struggling to read their scripts and calling supposed customers 'dude' and 'mate' it would be slightly more believable, utter scumbags...
