Safe number - Premium Credit calling about me facility with them. Monthly instalments finance company.
Silent call I have call guardian on my phone, to block out nuisance calls, automated calls, etc. This number rings 4 times, and no one announces themselves, so my phone cancels it, so to me, it's a nuisance.
