Claims to be from the Consulate of China, though it is not the official number (or an expected variant, as you might expect if it were an extension). Can't speak Chinese so no idea what the message is - although I've had a number of unexpected calls in Chinese on my phone. Suspect this is a scam

Call from agent for EE, which I managed to get them to verify as the number on my phone came up as possible fraud. My broadband/TV Box price has now been frozen by them for 18 next months, (EE previously sent me warning it would be going up at end of contract date) and a free upgrade to super-fast broadband, from fast. This was a recorded message telling me that a large sum had just been removed from my bank account. By this time I had blocked the call. Automated call that says money will be taken from your account in the near future. It says they are from Amazon, but I've contacted Amazon and they say it has nothing to do with them. In my case they said they would be taking £79 something. This is the second time this number has called me.
