SCAM, Whalley area UK, Automated, asked me to call manager at Amazon, they are going to deduct monies from my account.

A scam fraudulently claiming to be from Amazon Prime. Spoofing a local number so you pick up. Also used 01263734168 today as had 2 attempts.
Allegedly from bank security automated voice. Hung up immediately
Missed call Called me twice, once today once before. Don't recognise the number and don't know anyone in the area code.
A call was made to my phone on 3rd of April from this the number 09036946928. I called the number back to see who it was for about 14 seconds but recieved no response. Later I relaised I was charged by my phone compny for +£6. My operator told me that the call to number 09036946928 is a preimum rate call. Now, I am keen to find out who they are and who this phone number belong to and what netweork operates this number. Please advise if you have any information.
