The woman who phoned knew not only my name but also my full address, but when she asked for confrmation of age, it sounded suspicious and when challenged why she wanted this information, she hung up.

Scam caller, left a disturbing sigh on the phone message. People that use their phones for these things should be interviewed by the police and an address provided for the phone number where its registered to.
South African accent. Wanted to speak to company directory. When asked who is calling, replied John Smith from CFS in Birmingham. Asked him to remove my details from his database and never contact me again.
