Caller was rude and trying to say he was from a government department offering me a refund from my bank, when questioned which government body he got even ruder and I politely told him what to do with the refund

Repeatedly getting calls from this number and always the same. Hangs up immediately after I answer.
SCAM told me if I didn’t press 1 an answer I would be arrested
A guy called on this number claiming to be from the Office of Fair Trading based in London. A strange clicking noise was also on the line. Something just wasn t right. When I said "No you re not" they hung up immediately.
