Very fishy number. They called me but the person on the phone was a recorded message telling me to call them back. It also said if I disregarded the message I could face legal consequences. Surely, if it was that serious, a real person would be talking to me and not some recorded message. Based on the other review of that number, I won’t be called back.

Number pretends to be HMRC calling about tax fraud registered against my name. Automated call, threatens you with imminent arrest if you hang up or don't press 1. Once you press one, a very deep Asian sounding accent answers and asks you for your details. Which they should have since they claim to have opened a case against you. Got a call from this number I tried to explain we have terminally ill person in house and needed phone lines clear ( my father has cancer) they just laughed and put phone down. After calling a further 9 times in 3 hours I asked to speak to a manager who came to phone and proceeded to laugh through my explanation and put phone down. I then blocked the number so they rang a further 10 times from international withheld and either blasted sirens or just laughed down phone .

Unrecognised tele number that actually left a message in the form of a female electronic voice with US accent. Message didn’t begin as you would expect - seems to come in part way through a sentence - but the gist suggests an arrest warrant for financial irregularities has been issued & to call the number back. No name reference etc. Clear fraud. Number blocked but will keep in case of a future similar call from a similar number & pass to the authorities. Derbys.
