Unsolicited call - caller identified as from 'AC Services'. When challenged on who AC Services are, the caller launched into the standard script 'It's regarding the recent road accident'. We haven't had any recent road accidents. Time waster at best - more likely a scam. Told him to go get a proper job and hung up. Blocked!

Rang home phone number Indian accent said name was Jacob ID 307 - siad he was from sky about my sky repair and maintenance insurance reducing this from £9 to £7 pm. Very persistent and cheeky. When I said I didn't think I have sky insurance - didn't I know what I was paying he asked ? Asked who my bank was then told me first 4 digits of my bank card. I recently got a phone call from this number soon after contacting sky about my broadband. He asked me to run a check on my speed and tell him the speeds for uplload and download; he then continued to tell me what i should have and that i should go onto my pc and connect to the their technical dept server so they could upgrade to what i should be having. Luckily im a bit tech savvy and new my speeds were correct and questioned him on my account which he couldn't give any details on. I'd say this is a scam!!
