Also, looking at the comments, great to see that they've tried to get their employees to post on here to make them look better - do you guys think you could get more shady and dull? The chap called providing some personal details for me to confirm and asking me to call re new payment (£20,000 business acount). Later, I phoned bank. Initial team do not have this number. The guy on phone then helpfully called security dept who confirmed it was a genuine number.
