Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre, or scam. For sure some general call centre. In most cases they just provide silent calls to let you call them back. DON'T DO it, it will cost you a fortune. Did someone answer any number of this range or this particular one? I use the app from these pages to block whole ranges of similar numbers, works fine...

Same as everyone else. An obivous scam, from what looks like a Russian "gmail" equivalent email. They must have gotten load of numbers from somewhere to suddenly spam this many people. mine came through at 0.38 GMT 14th July 2018, which looks similar to other people here.
