Nuisance
I had a phone call from a Asian sounding man with weak English whilst I was working on my computer, telling me that my router had contacted BT Openreach as there was a problem with the connection speed. I checked via the site I always use whilst he was talking and everything was OK. He told be that it had to be his site, which I refused to do, he shouted at me down the phone and I ended the call. I gave no details to him, sooo glad that my common sense kicked in!!
