This is the same recorded message that I receive at least once a day. It mentions several banks that may owe me money and to press 5. They never provides the company name. If you receive an unsolicited recorded message or live call and you are registered with TPS (Telephone Preference Service) get as much info as you can and complain at ico.org.uk.
