I d earlier phoned British Gas. This was an automated call for feedback on the service received by my call enquiry to them. I was also informed about this when I spoke with them earlier. I had no problem with this call.

My partner has an ongoing battle with Safari Mobile. When she complained, they produced some detailed-looking reports, but refused to divulge the actual sign-up URL.
