Another scam just called to say we had authorised an advert in their publication relating to stopping bullying in schools. Asked for £199 or they would pass it over to their contract team. Said it had been authorised in January over the phone. How much of an idiot do they think we are? Who publishes anything without written confirmation. About time the government clamped down on these as well as telephone sales calls.
