Received a call from this number but as I answered they hung up - I was expecting an engineer to call so called the number back thinking it might be the engineer but instead got a automated voice asking about accidents. A scam to get you to call a premium number.

Rang me 5 times in 2 minutes. Repeatedly rang then hung up. No option to call back and when I did pick up on the 5th ring in time, they hung up. Likely some scam artists!

Thought they were Southend Council because little map showed them very close in Victoria Avenue. Rang back to them and a male voice answered with the name McKenzie Hall who I assume to be wearing their debt collector hat.
