The Caller states they are from Amazon and calling to update my Prime Account, asked me to go on My Computer, as I'd just arrived home, I had to wait for My computer to start, I was asked, do You use your computer for more than Amazon,online Shopping ,E-bay and do You Bank Online,straight away,I smelt a Rat and cut the call, they called back 3 times,I have informed Amazon. Collect as much info from them, such as Web Address.

This is obviously a cold calling operation. My husband and i have been inundated with calls at all times of day,evening, seven days a week. We let it go to answerphone, but today I picked up. They didn't introduce themselves but asked to speak to my husband. When I said no, they hung up. I will be complaining to the relevant authorities immediately. Calls have been continuing all August into Sept 2015.

They call saying that the file from a recent accident (and they know some of the details) has been passed to them to make a personal injury claim. I rang our insurance company following the call and they had no idea of this. Then when the person called me back (you can't call them back - the line is blocked) they became extremely aggressive and rude and putting significant pressure on
