I have had a call from this number on Sunday, I was looking for cheap flights to India. He offered me a flight to India for ?425, he asked me to transfer money to the bank details he sent me via email. So I had transferred the money and was told that an invoice will be sent once the payment is received. I've had two missed calls from this local phone number, but they don't bother to leave a message & when I phone back it is an automated message that let's me know that nobody will answer and I can't leave a message. If you don't warn someone you're going to phone, they're not going to answer. My only guess is that it's someone from the council or Severn Trent possibly.
