Despite being registered with TPS, I ve had three identical recorded messages from this or similar 0843 numbers in a fortnight. All claimed to be about the Green Deal energy assessment; they referred to a "National database" (implying that it s some sort of official call) and stated that every home in the UK must be assessed by 2016 (implying that it s a legal requirement), and inviting me to call back.
