an Indian woman told me my computer was at risk online from third party access. Asked me to press two keys together then tell her what it said. I didn't press the keys but said my computer was old and it had crashed, she rang off after saying thank you for your time. Obviously a scam to access your computer fraudulently.

0330 303 5302 However annoying and seemingly fraud-like these calls may be, they are genuinely from O2. I’ve just called O2 myself (202 is free from your O2 mobile) after becoming concerned about the level of my account information the person on the 0330 number had access to while offering me deal on an Alcatel tablet. The lovely lady I spoke to at O2 called the number herself and went through security checks which confirmed they are genuine, O2 authorised calls.
Kerry from Skylark about "an accident I had which was not my fault" As I have not driven for over 36 years I asked her to remove my number from their database. As it appears to be a London number, don't they have to check if the number they are calling is on TPS and not call if it is? They obviously don't do this
