If you have a call from them you should call the number back and ask for James, the call centre manager and demand where they got your number from. Cold calling a TPS registered number. Claimed they were the Life Team based in Dubai. Obvious scam. Reported to TPS.

Don’t waste your breath talking to these people. Put the phone down on them immediately or if you are so minded, just tell them to **** off . . . they’ll get the idea.

Placed this number in my block list. have had 14 calls from it in the last 4 weeks. tried calling back but no connection, phone goes dead!

Foreign sounding guy purporting to be from BT Openreach. Told me he'd detected slow internet speed on my Broadband. Asked me various networky questions which I deflected. Eventually, he realised he was being taken for a ride and accused me or wasting his time (!) A tirade of abuse followed and he called me an a****le, m*****f*****r and a few other expletives. At this point I started laughing which made him even more abusive. I said I would report him to Ofcom as such language is illegal in UK phone network.
