They called at 7.00am but rang off before we got to the phone. No message left. We've not had any parcel deliveries recently, nor are we expecting any. Could have done without them ringing as I was looking forward to a lie in.

I recieved text from this number - claimed to be a Royal Mail message saying they were holding a parcel for me that had a surcharge - it asked me to use a link to arrange delivery. I went to the Royal mail tracking website which said it did not recognise the tracking number they gave. The phone number does not seem to be a Royal Mail number. I concluded it is a scam.

My second call this morning from an 01257 number - different ones - both claiming to be a banking service who have detected suspicious activity on my account. They are both automated messages with the same female voice and both claim withdrawals from my (unspecified) account from the same places (Amazon and overseas) but quote different amounts. 01257 is my local dial code, which I suspect is meant to lend credibility to the call. Insurance Called from Direct Insurance about my kitchen appliances claiming that as I hadn't made a claim in over a year they could offer me a substantial discount on my renewal fee. The thing is, although I haven't claimed I am NOT insured with this company. I've now had three or four calls and each time I've asked them politely to remove my details from their database but they still keep calling! I told them today I would report them to you.
