Claiming to be BT, wanting me to change my router channel as they'd changed something this morning in our exchange and I would lose my internet in time. Told the Indian man that I'd had quite a few phone calls from this number recently and was this a scam, he wasn't phased by this question. Cut him off, but persisted in ringing me back which I haven't answered and have blocked. Something didn't ring true.

Numerous calls from what sounds like a call centre saying they are calling about our openreach broadband. Phoned BT was told it is a scam as they would not ring in this manner.
