Hijacked number, South Asian accent - claimed to have Amazon Account alert - later claimed to be from Cyber Security Department of IBX Solutions. They had sent me an email alert (no they hadn't), I couldn't see it because I had a virus that was blocking security alerts! Tried to take me through 'help to undo disabling software' by getting me to check my event log and then wanted me to start undoing user account controls.
