got a call at 4:30am from this number. later in the day tried checking the number via skype, message says number not working

First I got a call on my Mobile from a number showing as New York - didn t answer. Then I got a call a coupel of minutes later from 07418342582, ostensibly a UK Mobile. Answered and got a recorded message in Arabic (or Greek, or similar). I hung up. A few minutes later a text with a Telegram code number, asking me to click a link. Obviously I didn t as I know nothing about this. Beware!
Picked up this number on Nov 21st at 19:45pm, was greeted by an Indian speaking gentleman - who asked if " I was the homeowner ". Told him "no" and to go f**...
I don t recognise this number in my area - haven t dared to call back in case it s a scam.

I recieved a phone call from this number (08448 003813) and did not answer it but still recieved a bill from 02 for it.

Called me asking about the accident I d had in the last 2 years ago. I said I hadn t to which the lady asked if I was sure (??) - when I declined, she passed me to a colleague and then when I asked how they got information that I had an accident, they hung up. Funny that. Blocked.
