This is some landline from London area, as written previously for similar numbers - all the numbers are of the same range 020347621xx - are already reported as being used by call centre calling for non-profit (British Legion, NSPCC - check them at http://www.nspcc.org.uk/, Red Nose, Anthony Nolan Trust), charities, fund raising...
