insurance scammer - where there is a claim there is always a scammer.try to guess if you had an accident in last three years. I asked them what they knew about the so called incident and they said no you have to tell us.

Definitely a scam. Never press any number in response as you may. Be calling a Premium Rate or International number which will incur a large charge on your bill.
Fraud -scam number pretending to be Amazon and thanking you for renewing your subscription, which I don't have. Block or hang up straight away!
