Scammers pretending to be a consultancy company phishing for information concerning "loosing money on the internet". Obviously a call center by the background noise of multiple people talking on the phone.
I would like to second Mo s comment above which turned out to be Vanquis also hounding me for a payment. Bit sneaky of them using a local area code knowing there would be more chance it would be answered!

I rang the number 0161 641 8499 and heard a recorded message saying were called by Market Research to ask questions about household for household companies
Claimed to be o2 offering 30% discount, previously checked with o2 and this number is not associated with them.
