Caller claimed to be from HMRC stating that I owed them money and would be arrested if I did not press 1 and pay them immediately. Jokers!
I could be wrong but it sounded like some sort of market research. It claimed to be from the college but I have doubts, Deffinately did not come from Inverness even though it had an Inverness number. At one point he asked if I was in Inverness, then he asked what country that is saying, "Is it in England?" Another user returned it and it was just the graduate survey. Perhaps they have software to disguise the number. I would be wary about receiving calls from this number.

Scam As commander perkins writes, when you try calling the number back its unrecognised. Block number! If its important they ll always leave a message!!!
Called offered a special rate for renewing my Amazon Prime membership - I have never used this service!
SPAM - immediately hangs up on answer, phoned back and sounded like a call centre in the background, they hung up
Spam no one spoke hung up on me.
Claimed to be from a life cover company. Had a name and a postal code. Was expecting someone else to answer the phone. Eventually when the finaly realised it was not the person they were asking for, They hung up.
This is a number used by scammers to check that you are a real person before the scamming calls begin
