Won't stop calling. Every month I have a few days of them calling on different numbers claiming to be a company called sure cover working on behalf of my insurance provider but fail to back that info up

Alot of back ground noise, man named of Sam called, mentioned about accident claims
I got the news that ?4100 would be waiting for me. This is 100 percentage shows a fraud.
Had numerous calls from the number and now I actually have it stored as DONT BOTHER ANSWERING!!! Never caught the name of the company and I'm guessing it changes every time!
