Saying he was from Virgin Media and wanted me to login from my computer to check the router. I just ended the call. He didn't even know my name, account number or anything. I just put the phone down. Could be dangerous!

This organisation is not permitted to do what it does. Had a call this evening from this number, as it was unknown to me I didn t answer, sounds like I made the right decision.
