Supposedly Peter Stokes from Relief energy - calling all homeowners in my postcode area because we're paying the highest energy prices. This is a BOT, asks questions, pauses and then goes on to the next question regardless of whether you have answered and what you have said - I just said 'TPS' in case it's a genuine company and there was someone picking up the answers, but I'm pretty sure it's a scam as others think and I can't trace a company by this name, so I will now report it to Action Fraud Phishing.
Caller insisting I had car accident and and they had got my details from road traffic something or other. She hung up on me. I told her that I have not had accident for 40 years. She didnt like that and insisted details were correct. I repeated my response and she hung up on me. Next time I will let them know that they are working for a scam company and I dont even drive
They’ve called at least 4 times since 29 June saying they’re from Santander Fraud Department and had I recently authorised an EBay purchase of £80.00? When I said that I didn’t have a Santander account, guess what? She hung up.
