Called by an Asian sounding woman who claimed to be from Virgin Media. Told me they were upgrading my TV box. I told her to send info out by post. She seemed annoyed and hung up.

Silent call, you can hear other people on the phone in the background
pretending to be citizen's advice but spoke with a foreign accent and the line was really bad also I've answered several times and the line has just gone dead.
