Automated number saying that my amazon account was going to be recharged at £79.99 and I should press 1 to speak to a manager, which I didn't.
keep getting calls from that num and numbers very much the same I don't answer but it does get me down

SCAM - Claimed to be NHSE, tried asking my mother to submit her ethnicity. She's in her late sixties so the real NHS should know her ethnicity by now!

didnt pick up the phone call. but any genuine call usually leaves a voicemail and they didnt. I suspect its SPAM.
