SCAM / SPAM Posing as HMRC claiming there is a tax fraud something or other under the callers account and unless pressing '1' to go through to an agent, you will be arrested "shortly".

This number rang my home phone today telling me that my internet had been compromised and I was to press 1 to connect me with a technician who would help me and change my IPS number. I hung up as it sounded like a scam to me. The number is 01479 628717 and has been traced to Scotland.

Almost every day I have these calls, the same voice, the same words and so many different numbers that I continually block them!!!! Always the same question about involvement in a car accident! Insane people for sure!!!
