This was a recorded message claiming to be from HMRC. This is clearly a scam as its a mobile number and HMRC would not contact people in this way.

someone from this number called me a few minutes ago, and asked to speak to Mr J *****. I asked who was calling, he said "Matthew" I asked "what do you want him for", he replied that "its personal" (AT NO POINT DID I CONFIRM OR DENY MY I.D.. I then asked "if its personal, What is Mr J ***** s First Name". But guess what, He didn t know, and thats when i had fun and he hung up. EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company keep calling, maybe 3-4 times a day always asking for someone who doesn t live here but as soon as I ask to speak to supervisor or say they have a wrong number they hang up. I m close to disconnecting the landline it is such a nuisance!!

Missed call - unknown. Saw it come in on my what's app... I don't like people phoning me randomly on that platform as that for me is invite/acknowledged only. The country code is for India. So I deem it as slightly suspicious. No message saying who they are. I never pick numbers I don't know. if they are really legit, they could leave a message. I'm tempted to block this number.
