The owner of this number is a dope and a fraud. He has a search warrant in his home country, Bulgaria, for 7 years now, and he's been hiding in UK ever since.

Safe number debt collector for Amex. Furious after 15yrs Amex cancelled my card cause I could pay a bill for 4 months sent it to this lot to “deal” with. 3 calls a day and an email everyday. Harassing but legit. Staff are okay to deal with
