Told me I was owed a refund for a loan I d taken out in 2012 but I have never had a loan. What was creepiest was that he knew my name....
This is a Glasgow number (the only reason I answered the call) however the person who spoke was English. Its about PPI.
No idea who it was. Very noisy and poor line. Sounded like they were in a wind tunnel playing the maracas. Think it might have been a call trying to sell a mobile phone contract.
