If you see this number, it s an IP phone POP (point of presence) for an Indian based call centre (might have misspelled that...I think there s a c in con artists....?) that has several web portals (see below), all purporting to be international or regional employment agencies. Problem is, a check of local business registries and businesses operating at the addresses they claim on their websites reveal are no such businesses in operation at those addresses. Surprise.
