Missed call I suspect attempted scam. I’m getting a rush of varied timeshare scam call from varied mobile numbers, this looks like the latest attempt. I usually just clear and block when sure it’s not a genuine call but recently I spoke to one and was terse so might have got myself flagged for more aggressive attention, or maybe I’m just paranoid. Man called with an India/Pakistan accent, claiming they were British Gas and before they could proceed further they needed to confirm my details. Left a voicemail after I missed the call. It was regarding a complaint i had emailed to sainsburys. The woman who a Scottish accent let me know they are sending out a letter containing a voucher and apologising for any inconvenience etc caused. Looking at the comments it s simply a call centre th at takes on out sourced work from various companies.
