"Withheld number, said they were Microsoft technical support saying hackers were accessing online gaming sites on my computer. When I refused to turn on my computer they threatened to block not only my computer but also my phone line in 2 hours! They said they were based in Reading so I asked for Microsofts number and this is the one they gave."

"Phone call: I'm from microsoft...informing you your PC is being used by criminals.Wanted me to follow instructions over the phone.I refused.Gave me his name Steve Smith.(even though he had an indian/asian dialect!!!).....To call back-Reading(LONDON) 01316180856. I suspect this is a scam."

"I knew fine well it was a scam when he said his name was Kevin Kebab... after I strung him along for 10 minutes first and then informed I only had a mac I was called a Hoe lying C u next Tuesday f'in [email protected]&ch. thankfully I'm not easily offended! He further went on to explain that it was fine because the longer he was on the phone the more details he was getting from my IP address. They don't have a clue!"

SCAM. Delayed automated message saying my name is connected to Tax Fraud. Then says press 1 to connect to an operator. I hung up at that point.
