Keep getting calls from this number but they do not leave a message. Telephoned them from my office number and its comes up as a voicemail from CR Assist? Who are they?

We sometimes as many as 6 calls a day from this number. As soon as I answer they generally cut off but once or twice they have tried to extract money from me.

Totally unnecessary phone call. I didn't pick up, and I have not been bothered by it since.
Two weeks four days later - they've just called again. Luckily didn't hear my phone ring so no time wasted by them!
