This number messaged and it gives a website that looks like post office website but a different address. It was saying that the delivery has failed and you need to pay a redelivery fee before the delivery is sent out again.

They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. This should belong to the same number range as previously reported 0808 099 6746 - call from Vodafone Sales Team about new products or services.
