I rang Halifax about using my card online and was given this number to ring as part of their fraud department, it does seem to be the real number!

They trade under different names Beauty & Truth is one of them i didn't get a call from them, I rang them as I'd been scammed via an ad saying it was a Debenham's clearance. I had to pay £15 to return the goods to Cyprus or they were going to charge me £60 to keep them. The support line is in the us and the returns in Cyprus. Avoid at All costs
I received a call from these guys in January... They were really professional and the service was very slick. They contacted me about "mis-sold" package bank accounts. I had a Natwest gold account and they claimed back £1200 for me. I didn't have to pay anything up front. I got regular updates at each stage and they delivered what they promised.
