This number rang today saying there name was jack and they were a service investigation department name not mentioned regarding unsecure debts which I was supposed to be paying back...i definitely am not paying any debts back of that sort could hardly understand him due to his foreign language I do not trust this number

Usual "our records indicate" scam. They use random number calling systems with no regard for the relevance of their call or the accuracy of the data used. Claims not to be "selling you anything" but the call is a lead generator through fishing for information they do not have. Ofcom & the Legal Society should be tracing these guys to shut them down. However while they use a "UK" number on caller Id there is no sign of them actually being in the UK where the call center orginates

Caller said "Hello, hello" in a foreign voice (TIP - repeatedly pressing your hash button in reply ends the call)
SCAM Asking you to press 1 as you have done something wrong. Regarding National insurance and suspending your number. Could frighten some people and I have retired. Should be shot
