called to tell me that i was due a cheque from my bank. he already knew my name and address, wanted my date of birth and name of my bank!he claimed to be working claims advisory on behalf of the government and that i was due a refund of unknown bank charges that i had paid - told to do one!!!
Keeps calling my landline every day at 11.00 am. when the message system switches on he hangs up without leaving a message. Its very annoying

Do not know anyone in Russian Federation, never mind in Arkhangelsk Region which was indicated by yourselves. Also do not have an Amazon Prime Account so that the message sent; "Your Amazon Prime account is about to expire" made me put the phone down and blacklist the call.
