SCAM Some appliance insurance company trying to tell me I had a 5 year policy with them that needs £180 to pay for next 3 years or £150 to cancel. Annoyingly not the first appliance cover scam call I have had this week.

I believe this number is one of those where you call back and they try to keep you on the line at a premium rate I would advise not returning the call

Some weird robot voice saying this is a test, stay home. Two slightly different numbers both starting 07717 88.... in an hour. It’s a mobile so it can’t be checking you are at home! Very annoying as you can’t block if they keep changing the number. What is the point of this?

Silent call
I received an unsolicited call today from this number. The caller hung up as soon as I answered. I did a quick search of the number and found several scam alerts. Be aware and don't answer calls from numbers you don't recognize.

This number keeps trying to fax me all through the night, I cannot unplug my phone as I have mentally ill and disabled people who have my number for emergencies I don't wan...
Cold calling is not the way to sell windows or home improvements. Especially when you are a victim of a crime where you re trying to deal with police and a useless phone call from an aggressive cold calling company. I wish people would stop selling other peoples phone numbers.

Had a few calls from this number recently. a recorded message saying according to their records we re paying too much for electricity press 2 for details. i didn t press 2 as i use comparison sites to check this sort of info.
