just called my bank and they confirmed they didnt try to ring me. no history left to suspect anything. Scam

Person telling me my lost insulation needed replacing according to his survey??? I hung up, he should not have my number anyway as we are registered with TPS..annoying!!
SCAM - caller said they were from Virgin and tried to use Teamviewer and validator.w3 to "check" for unauthorised access to the router
