SCAM : claimed to be bank investigating large transactions. Same patter as from two other separate numbers.
Phishing, attempting scam.
Not this lovely lady. They play a long game on this. First message at Christmas - innocuous enough - now horrendous medical issue. I know this lady so maybe not random. Checked with her directly - she is fine.

Very badly spoken Nigerian english. Said calling from O2. Hung up
Blackmail with threats of kidnap violence and torture.
Scam call from Revenue advising investigating taxes and that an arrest warrant will be issued. Press 1 for assistance.......etc. you get the point.

Received 4 calls on my cell in Benelux within 2 minutes; this is part of a practise that started on 13/2: since then I received about 60 odd calls from similar +44 numbers. The first one or 2 I picked up and people claim I registered with credit card for online consultancy, related to financial investments. After that I categorically block all these calls. I can produce a list of these numbers
Fraud SCAM SPAM
Pretending to be a call from Royal Mail. This is a scam call, Royal Mail will never call you to ask for payment. Do not give any money to anyone calling from this number.
Missed call SPAM
Said they were BT Openreach to check my router speed, wanted me to enter a code on my computer so cut them off
Accepted call but didn't speak as suspected it was a scam. Nobody talked on the other end and hung up after a couple of seconds. Most likely a scam
